We put lecture (and workshop) presentations on the CERN AGENDA page for reference. They will stay there for a very long time, will get an astro-ph number and could be cited.

Each lecture was 50 minutes. There was a coffee break after the first lecture in each (morning or afternoon) session, this would be 20 minutes. There was also a short break between the 2nd and 3rd lectures, 10 minutes.

After the excursion on Wednesday evening, we planted a tree in memory of the late George Marx in Balatonfured. The last talk of the school (Prof. Sarkar's) was also a Marx memorial talk.
